The IIPA headquarters is located in the heart of Delhi, at Indraprastha Estate, opposite Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, spread over an area of 7 acres of land.. The large and sprawling buildings house modern well equipped classroom, computer center, library, conference hall, new lecture hall, faculty management and administrative wings, recreation rooms for faculties, staff and canteen.

The campus provides hostel accommodation, including mess facilities to members and participants of various courses and residential accommodation to its faculty and staff. The Institute has its own auditorium, where academic and cultural events are held. The Institute also has a nationalized bank (UCO Bank) on the campus. A part time medical officer, appointed by the Institute, is available in the campus every alternate working day, to provide first aid facilities.
