Realizing the role of library in meeting the needs of the activities conducted by the Institute, i.e. organizing trainings, workshops/seminars, conducting researches, a library was set up as one of the prominent divisions of Indian Institute of Public Administration, Uttar Pradesh. The library is a treasure trove of knowledge, not only for students of public administration but learners of all the subjects of the social sciences. It thus meets the complex information requirements of its users satisfactorily.

The library will remain open every day from 11.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. except on Sundays and gazetted holidays. Books will be accessible to members of IIPA.(UP) only.
